These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of Pappa Fresh products through the pappafresh.it website. By placing an order, you declare that you have read and accepted them.

This document is a template provided for informational purposes and must be reviewed and adapted by a legal advisor before final publication.

1. Purpose

These terms govern distance sales contracts between Pappa Fresh OÜ (registration number 16157146, registered office Saani tn 2/2-26, Põhja-Tallinna, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10149, Estonia) and the customer who purchases fresh dog food and subscription services through the website.

2. Products and prices

Pappa Fresh offers vet-formulated fresh dog food, in single-protein recipes (beef, chicken, turkey, horse, pork), packaged in 400 g pouches steam-cooked and vacuum-sealed.

The feeding plan and the daily price (€/day) are calculated based on the dog's size, weight and nutritional needs.
All prices are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Save for manifest errors, the price applied is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.
New customers are entitled to a −30% discount on their first order, subject to the conditions indicated on the website.

3. Subscription

The service is offered primarily in the form of a subscription with recurring deliveries.

The subscription provides for automatic renewal and the periodic delivery of products according to the chosen frequency.
It is commitment-free: you may pause, change the frequency, or cancel at any time from your customer account, without penalties.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, changes or cancellation must be made before the renewal date indicated.

4. Orders and payments

The order is deemed concluded at the time of our confirmation, sent by email.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
For subscriptions, you authorize the recurring charge on the registered payment method for each delivery.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free throughout Italy and abroad. Delivery generally takes place within 24–48 hours of order processing via express courier. Since the product is shelf-stable, it travels at room temperature with no need for a cold chain. Further details are available on the Shipping page.

6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer generally has the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days, pursuant to European consumer protection legislation.

Please note that for perishable food goods and for sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, the law provides for specific exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

Regardless of the above, we offer our "satisfied or refunded on the first box" guarantee: if your dog does not enjoy it, we will refund your first order subject to the conditions set out in our returns and refunds policy.

7. Warranties

The products are covered by the legal warranties of conformity provided for under consumer protection legislation. In the event of a defective product, one damaged in transit, or one not conforming to the order, contact us and we will arrange for replacement or refund in accordance with the terms of the law.

8. Applicable law and competent court

These terms are governed by the applicable law in accordance with European consumer protection legislation. For consumers, the mandatory provisions and protections provided for by the law of their country of residence remain unaffected. The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) is also available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
