Shipping is always free throughout Italy and abroad, on every order and every subscription delivery. No hidden costs, no minimum threshold: the price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery times

Once your order has been processed, the express courier usually delivers within 24–48 hours. Times may vary slightly for more remote locations, the islands, or during particularly busy periods (holidays and promotions). We'll keep you updated if anything unexpected comes up.

Here's our little revolution: Pappa Fresh food is steam-cooked and vacuum-sealed, so it is shelf-stable and keeps for up to about 2 years at room temperature. This means that:

How to track your order

When your order ships, we send you a confirmation by email with the tracking number. You'll be able to follow your parcel's journey in real time until delivery. You can also find the status of your orders in your customer area.

Delivery frequency (subscription)

With a subscription you receive the food regularly, without having to think about it. You can choose a delivery every 2–4 weeks based on how much your dog eats, and change the frequency, bring it forward, postpone, or pause it whenever you like from your customer area. The subscription has no commitment: you're in control.
